January 1, 2019 marked the official merger of Boundless
Hawaii, one of the leading property management firms on the
Big Island, with Elite Pacific Properties, one of the
top-volume luxury real estate brokerages in Hawaii. The
acquisition will add 66 vacation rentals, 41 long-term
rentals, and 10 estate properties into the Elite Pacific fold,
along with six additional staff members.
Elite Pacific’s Founder and Managing Partner Paul Mayer
said in a statement, “Boundless Hawaii adds not only
enterprise-grade property management systems and
concierge-level service to our Big Island client offering, it
brings with it a new level of digital marketing and data-based
decision making that amplify Elite Pacific Properties’
continued emphasis on leveraging online technologies. This
acquisition adds an extraordinary team and roughly doubles our
vacation rental and property management business on the Big
Island. We’re very pleased that such a successful and
fast-growing company chose to become a part of Elite
Pacific.”
The Boundless Hawaii team brings with it 30 years of tourism
and property management experience. In addition, the company
has established a Facebook page with more than 45,000
followers, as well as Google and Bing ad campaigns that reach
more than half a million potential clients in North America
and Australia each month.
Formerly the partner for corporate development and strategy at
Boundless Hawaii, Anton Steenman assumed the role of Elite
Pacific Properties’ president in November 2018. He said
of the merger, “At Boundless Hawaii, our personal and
online services make our property owners 4,000 miles away feel
like we’re next door - that immediate-assistance,
high-touch level of client attention dovetails perfectly with
the Elite Pacific Properties’ customer service
ethos.”
Founded in 2005, Elite Pacific is a full-service luxury real
estate brokerage that now operates out of 11 offices on Oahu,
Maui, Kauai, and the Big Island. In addition to residential
property sales, the firm specializes in multi-unit
projects/developer sales, vacation rental management,
long-term rental management, and estate management. Elite
Pacific’s acquisition of Boundless Hawaii, covered by

a similar merger with Villa Management at Turtle Bay
Resort
on Oahu in 2018.
