As a Waikiki beachboy, I take pleasure in meeting new faces from different places, and sharing with them the spirit of aloha. I'd introduce many new comers to the sport of surfing, and share with them my knowledge of the ocean and Hawai'i. That was my day to day. The fact that I enjoy helping others and seeing their happiness and excitement when they're able to accomplish something they only dreamt about is rewarding in itself. It's a lifestyle I enjoyed, and continue to enjoy, but I wanted more; to learn something new, and help people accomplish something even greater. I wanted to make a career out of something I'd enjoy, and since forever, real estate and understanding home values has intrigued me. That – coupled with my desire to learn more, share with, and help others – set me on a path to making real estate my career choice. I like the fact that I am able to better prepare and educate my clients in their search for their dream home, and be the one they can come to for answers.
I'm passionate about making a difference. When I'm involved with a project, I give it all I got, and do my best to get the best results. I'm the same way when it comes to all of my past, present and future real estate clients and their transactions.
Keeping the transaction moving forward and on time is a priority. Also, making sure my clients are kept informed of what's going on is extremely important. I’ve been told that I have a good attitude and am really personable, and that that makes it easy to work with me.
I love surfing, and other outdoor activities. Being on the beach, even when I'm working as a beachboy, is something I really enjoy. I cherish the friendships and memories made there. Sharing my knowledge, good humor and aloha is a way of life there. I also like to build furniture with repurposed/reused wood and other media. Being with my children, when I’m not working tends to be the times when I’m the happiest. I love watching them grow and helping them learn. Parenthood is also a constant learning process, and I think I’m getting better and better every day. If you enjoy what you do, you'll never work a day in your life.
