Veronica Manz is a realtor associate with Elite Pacific Properties on Oahu. While growing up in California, Veronica traveled to Hawaii to visit friends during her youth. The Hawaiian culture was very similar to her upbringing in a Hispanic environment and she was drawn to the beauty and the laid back nature of the lifestyle. After getting her Bachelor of Science in International Business from California State University, Chico, she decided to move to Kailua for what she thought would a “one” year adventure. That one year was over 28 years ago! She has been very active in the business community and after earning her Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from Hawaii Pacific University she served a term as the President of the Kailua Chamber of Commerce. She acquired her Professional Certification in Human Resource Management to broaden her opportunities in various business environments. She used her passion for helping people and her strong negotiation skills to volunteer at the Neighborhood Justice Center conducting mediation services. These experiences along with her strong attention to detail are what make her a skilled negotiator and problem solver today.
Veronica has worked across several industries throughout the U.S., Guam and Japan. Being in such a beautiful environment she tries to take advantage of every opportunity to be outdoors. Many of those activities include playing tennis with her friends, hiking, scuba diving, running, and family time with her two teenage daughters and husband Richard.
She realized that becoming a Realtor gives her the opportunity to utilize all of the experiences and skills that she has built throughout her career. Veronica joined The Bridges Team with Cathy Bridges and is excited to be part of such an extraordinary team focused on helping the client. It is here that she has developed her strong sense of purpose which is providing clients the highest level of service and more importantly making Lifelong Connections.
