Lydia is a top notch real estate professional who won the designation of WEBOR REALTOR of the Year Award for 2008 and earned the distinction of NJAR Million Dollar Sales Club for the years 2000,02,04,05,07,08 the Burgdorff ERA President’s Club in 2001, & the RE/MAX 100% Club 2004-2008. Lydia is a graduate of The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. with a BA in Finance. She paid her way through GWU by working night shifts in the Delivery Room as a Registered Nurse in Washington D.C. area hospitals on weekends. She has earned the following certifications & designations during her career: Graduate Realtor Institute GRI, Certified Military Relocation Professional, Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES); Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR); REOTrans Platinum Certified; Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE); GREEN Certified, Residential Construction Certified (RCC) and is currently working on her New Home Construction Certification and Luxury Home Specialist.

She also served on the following Boards including: Human Services Advisory Board & the Advisory Board on the Status of Women for Essex County, 2003-2005; Chairperson of the West Essex Board of Realtors Mediation Committee 2003-2006; and Board of Directors, West Essex Board of Realtors, 2006-2008.

Over the years, Lydia completely renovated two multifamily homes in NJ and has been a landlord for the past 28 years. She has two daughters, one a recent advertising graduate of The University of Texas, Austin, now working at McCann Erickson, an internationally known advertising firm in Manhattan and her younger daughter, a graduate of Northwestern University with a degree in Math working in the Chicago area. Lydia grew up on the mainland living in Illinois, southern California, Mississippi, the Washington D.C. area and northern New Jersey most recently. Four years ago, Lydia relocated to Oahu to spend time with her Mom and is happy to be calling Oahu home. In that time, Lydia has lived in their family’s home in Enchanted Lakes (Kailua), in Aina Haina and Waialua. She has currently settled down in lower Makakilo in Kapolei, having bought a home in April.
